Astra Dairy began delivering the finest people with locally produced, natural farm fresh milk since 2011.
And ever since then they have their own Milkman. Like the good old days.
Astra Dairy delivers only within the delivery areas and is delivered early morning between 5.00 Am and 7.30 Am within the respected cities.
We do our best to deliver on the date and time we have committed. However in the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown, natural calamity, etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays. Please make sure that delivery address & postcode are correct as we cannot be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address.
Any changes to your order must be done by our deadlines. Once the deadline hits we are unable to make any changes to your accounts. The deadlines for deliveries are 7 p.m. one day before your delivery. If you attempt to make a change after your deadline and the website accepts it, there's a possibility that those changes won't be made and we won't be responsible. We deliver Cow’s milk every morning before 7.30 Am and dairy/farm products are dispatched during the day between 11am and 6pm.
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions.
Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering. We usually raise prices once a year however if necessary we will adjust prices outside this schedule.
We take great pride in providing you all natural products . We celebrate the inconsistency of our products being natural.
Astra Dairy customers can be sure that the milk delivered to your doorstep came from the cow within the past 12 hours. That’s some fresh dairy.
Please boil raw cow's milk as early as possible to avoid curdling. We don’t use any preservatives for extending the shelf life of our products. The quality and condition of our products should reach you in the best possible condition. When you receive your products, please open it right away, loosen the wrapping around the products and inspect them. If you aren’t happy with what you find, please call us right away on 9840037106 and if possible email pictures to email@example.com and we will do our best to put it right. If you’d like a replacement order, we can send that out for you or if you would rather just have your money back, we can do that too.
Likewise if the box of products has been damaged during delivery, please call us as soon as possible and if possible email us pictures. Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away.
Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:
Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.
Astra Dairy. Retains all rights of ownership and possession of the goods until full payment has been received.
AVAILABILITY FOR PICKUP
You must be available, or please leave the coupon and empty bottle for us to replace with fresh milk or have someone available to receive for the delivery at the location you have chosen. Astra Dairy is not responsible and will not refund your order if you have missed your delivery pickup and thereby allowing your delivery of perishable items to be returned.
We accept payment online through paytm gateway . Your payment is processed via a fully authorized Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.
Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorize successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive a confirmation of your order.
Astra Dairy reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty. You too may cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the notification a minimum of 1 day before the requested delivery date.
PRIVACY & YOUR INFORMATION
We retain details necessary for successful fulfillment of your order and may use them for marketing purposes for example emailing or posting you information about seasonal offers. These include: name, address, telephone number and email address of sender, name, address, telephone number and email address of recipient. We do not sell addresses to any other companies. We will never call you for marketing purposes. Credit card numbers are not retained after payment has been received.
