Astra Paneer is a soft, handmade cottage cheese made from the all-natural cow’s milk and packed with protein rich whey (milk water) in glass bottles and is mildly salted with natural sea salt which acts as the natural preservative and delivered fresh to our customers. You may use the whey water while cooking paneer to save the protein.

WHAT IS PANEER

Paneer is a fresh cheese commonly made in India by curdling milk with a vegetable-derived acid, such as lemon juice.

Paneer has no strong taste of its own, Paneer is one of the most versatile ingredients to be used in anything. Today Paneer is widely being used as a health food. Marinated and grilled paneer can taste great with seasonings. It is also being used in salads, scrambled or cut in small cubes, as a rich protein source.
